Are your security officers licensed and trained?
Yes, Every Krypton SG officer is fully licensed through the Texas Department of Public Safety – Private Security Bureau (DPS/PSB). Krypton SG operates with zero shortcuts and zero unlicensed officers — ever.
Our officers complete all required state training, including:
• Level II (Unarmed Security)
• Level III (Armed Security)
• Level IV (Personal Protection Officer) – select personnel
• Firearms qualification & annual refresher
• Use of Force & De-escalation training
• Emergency Response & Situational Awareness
• Ethics, professionalism, and reporting standards
All Level III and Level IV officers also undergo the MMPI Psychological Evaluation administered by licensed psychological professionals, as required by the State of Texas.
Is Krypton SG insured?
Yes, We are fully insured through Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance (El Dorado Insurance Agency). Proof of insurance is available upon request.
How quickly can I request service?
We offer same-day and emergency call-outs depending on officer availability. For scheduled contracts, deployment can occur in as little as 24-72 hours.
What is the Krypton Force Membership?
The Krypton Force Membership is a monthly patrol-based protection program offered in three tiers - Basic, Plus and Elite. It provides consistent, proactive security coverage for businesses, neighborhoods, churches, apartments, parking areas and similar properties.
Members receive priority response over non-members. We always make every reasonable effort to adjust, respond and accommodate clients during emergencies.
How do I choose which membership tier is best?
We recommend seleting a tier based on your property type, risk level, and local crime patterns. If you would like additional guidance, please contact us - our team will gladly assist and answer any questions you may have.
Adjustments can be made anytime with no penalties.
